Job summary

Miguel’s Jr. - Menifee is seeking a General Manager to lead both front and back of house operations, responsible for financial performance, guest satisfaction, and team development. You will build and coach a high-performing leadership team across AGM, Shift Supervisors, and restaurant staff.

The role emphasizes daily execution excellence, cost management, safety compliance, and brand representation in the community. We offer excellent compensation and benefits to seasoned QSR leaders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or management experience in QSR.
• Full P&L responsibility.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development.
• Proficiency in English; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Intermediate computer skills (MS Office).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Drives daily execution excellence across BOH and FOH operations to consistently deliver quality food, speed, and service.
• Oversees restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to company systems, procedures, and standards.
• Manages financial performance, including sales, labor, food cost, inventory, and controllables, to meet goals.
• Manages third-party delivery services and identifies opportunities to improve profitability.
• Builds a strong leadership pipeline by training and developing AGM and Shift Supervisors.
• Ensures onboarding and ongoing training for team members.
• Leads with coaching and reinforces company values and expectations.
• Promotes safety, compliance, and open communication within the team.
