Job summary

Miguel’s Jr. Riverside is seeking a General Manager to lead both front- and back-of-house operations with full P&L accountability. You will guide a high-performing team, drive guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced setting.

The role demands strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to coach and develop staff. On-site position with opportunities for advancement and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or management experience in QSR with full P&L responsibility.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate high-performing teams.
• Strong operational, financial, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily execution across BOH and FOH to deliver quality food, speed, and service.
• Oversee all restaurant operations following company systems and standards.
• Manage sales, labor, food cost, inventory, and controllables to meet scorecard goals.
• Lead and develop AGM and Shift Supervisors; ensure proper onboarding and training.
