Job summary

Miguel’s Jr. - Tustin is seeking a General Manager to lead a fast‑paced QSR operation, responsible for both front and back of house success, financial performance, and guest satisfaction. You will build and develop a high‑performing leadership team across the restaurant, while upholding brand standards and community engagement.

The role emphasizes daily execution, safety, training, and strong people leadership, with a focus on delivering excellent guest experiences and sustained profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within QSR, with full P&L responsibility.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate high-performing teams.
• Strong operational, financial, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in verbal and written English; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Intermediate computer skills (MS Office).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Drives daily execution across BOH and FOH to deliver quality food, speed, and service.
• Oversees restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to company systems, procedures, and standards.
• Manages financial performance including sales, labor, food cost, inventory, and controllables.
• Leads and develops AGM and Shift Supervisors and restaurant team across BOH and FOH.
• Champions guest service and ensures food safety and regulatory compliance.
• Recruits, interviews, and retains top talent; creates effective schedules.
• Maintains safety, sanitation, and facility oversight.
• Collaborates with HR, Training, Operations, and Facilities to align initiatives.
