Job summary

Miguel's Jr. - 19 Menifee is seeking an Assistant General Manager to enhance the performance of both front and back of house operations at our Menifee location. The AGM works closely with the General Manager, leading the team, supporting operational controls, and ensuring compliance with safety and service standards. With a focus on guest-first culture, this role involves coaching staff, managing daily operations, and overseeing training processes. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role and strong communication skills, along with flexibility in availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a QSR or similar environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate a diverse team.
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations, labor management, and food safety practices.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supports BOH and FOH daily operations to ensure consistent execution of company standards.
• Assists the GM in managing operational controls including labor, food cost, and inventory.
• Leads and supports Shift Supervisors and restaurant team members through coaching.
• Ensures daily compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Maintains ongoing communication with the GM regarding daily operations.
