Job summary

Miguel’s Jr. Lake Elsinore is seeking a General Manager to lead the restaurant’s front and back of house operations with full P&L responsibility.

You will drive daily execution, ensure guest satisfaction, and build a strong leadership team across AGM, shift supervisors, and restaurant staff. The role requires a hands-on leader with solid financial acumen, exceptional operational standards, and a commitment to brand values and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience in QSR or similar restaurant operations.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams across BOH and FOH.
• Strong operational, financial, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drives daily execution across BOH and FOH to deliver quality food, speed, and service.
• Oversees all restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to company systems, procedures, and standards.
• Manages financial performance including sales, labor, food cost, inventory, and controllables to meet goals.
• Leads and develops AGM and Shift Supervisors; coaches team members.
• Ensures guest satisfaction and brand representation in the community.
