Miguel’s Jr. - Norco Village is seeking a General Manager to lead both BOH and FOH operations of a QSR restaurant in Norco, CA. The GM will be accountable for guest satisfaction, financial performance, and team development, representing the brand in the community.

The role requires 3+ years in a supervisory or management capacity in quick-service restaurants, strong leadership, and the ability to coach a multi-site leadership team, with a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory/management experience in QSR.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate high-performing teams.
• Strong operational, financial, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in verbal and written English; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Intermediate computer skills (MS Office).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Drives daily execution across BOH and FOH to ensure quality food, speed, and service.
• Oversees restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to systems, procedures, and standards.
• Manages financial performance: sales, labor, food cost, inventory, and controllables.
• Leads by example with coaching, feedback, and alignment to brand values.
• Recruits, interviews, and retains top talent; creates effective schedules.
• Ensures compliance with food safety, health regulations, and employment laws.
