Job summary

Miguel’s Jr. in Claremont/Upland is seeking a General Manager to lead a fast‑paced QSR restaurant and own both BOH and FOH operations.

You will drive performance, guest satisfaction, and team development while representing the brand in the community. The GM will oversee financials, lead a high-performing leadership team including AGM and shift supervisors, and ensure compliance with safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or management experience in QSR with full P&L responsibility.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate high-performing teams.
• Strong operational, financial, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in verbal and written English; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Intermediate computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Drives daily execution excellence across BOH and FOH operations to deliver quality food, speed, and service.
• Oversees all restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to company systems, procedures, and standards.
• Manages financial performance, including sales, labor, food cost, inventory, and controllables.
• Manages third-party delivery services and ensures consistency in food quality and guest service.
• Identifies opportunities and implements plans to improve performance, efficiency, and profitability.
• Builds leadership pipeline by coaching AGM and Shift Supervisors; oversees onboarding and training.
• Leads by example with hands-on coaching, feedback, and reinforcement of company values.
