Job summary

Miguel’s Jr. is seeking a General Manager to lead both front and back of house, owning full P&L and operating responsibilities. You will drive guest satisfaction, financial performance, and staff development across the restaurant team.

You’ll oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and mentor AGM and Shift Supervisors while promoting the brand in the community.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a supervisory or management role with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
• Proficient in English; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily front and back of house operations to ensure quality and service.
• Manage scheduling, labor targets, and staffing with HR and Area Coach.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and coach AGM and Shift Supervisors; foster team development.
• Represent brand in the community and support local marketing.
