Job summary

Burger King is seeking a General Manager to lead a single restaurant with 10-45 staff. You will supervise daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, manage labor and food costs, and drive sales performance.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling, inventory, and adherence to P&L targets across all shifts. You will interact with District Managers, team members, customers, and vendors while upholding Brand standards and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate the restaurant efficiently with friendly service and high-quality food.
• Maintain clean, sanitized areas and report needs to the District Manager.
• Recruit, interview, and hire or approve hourly team members.
• Ensure I-9 compliance for all employees.
• Train staff or ensure proper training.
• Monitor inventory, rotate stock, and manage storage; complete inventory counts.
• Purchase and receive items; check invoices for accuracy.
• Process administrative forms and paperwork per district guidance.
• Adhere to production standards and control food costs.
• Weekly scheduling and labor cost management.
• Fully understand P&Ls to run operations effectively.
• In-store marketing and proper display of promotions.
• Public relations duties as assigned by the company.
• Implement preventive maintenance and enforce security policies.
• Follow manuals and training materials; support company goals.
• Forecast sales and labor needs; ensure policy compliance.
• Make guests feel special; perform other duties as assigned.
