Burger King franchise is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to oversee daily operations for a single restaurant with 10-45 employees. You will drive guest satisfaction, sales, profitability, and staff retention while leading the management team across shifts.

This role requires 1–2 years of restaurant management experience, a high school diploma or GED, and ability to handle long or irregular hours. Internal certifications must be completed, with a focus on profitability and service excellence.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• Complete all internal certification programs.
• 1-2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P-L interpretation and management to influence profitability.
• Ability to prioritize and organize own and others' work to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Responsabilidades

• The RGM has overall responsibility for managing daily operations of a single restaurant (10-45 employees).
• Leads the restaurant management team and oversees financial controls, operations, people development, guest service and compliance.
• Must be able to work long and/or irregular shifts, including extra shifts, as needed.
• Directly manages Team Members, Shift Coordinators and Assistant Managers.
• Interacts with restaurant team members, management, field operations, customers and outside vendors.
