Burger King is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and maximize profitability. You will supervise staff, ensure service quality, and uphold brand standards while coordinating with the above-store team to deliver the business plan.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication in English, and the ability to manage cash, inventory, and safety compliance across shifts.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience.
• Communication in English is required, Spanish comprehension helpful.
• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager / General Manager with P&L experience.
• Strong leadership skills and calm, professional demeanor.
