Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience.
• Communication in English is required, Spanish comprehension helpful; reading, writing, math and POS skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and trains restaurant-level employees, ensuring brand standards and labor law compliance.
• Manages staffing levels, recruits talent, and develops internal candidates for management positions.
• Maintains brand image through cleanliness, maintenance, and food safety adherence.
• Analyzes performance, identifies trends, and implements plans for sales growth.
• Ensures cash handling procedures are followed and budgets are met.
• Leads by example, motivates the team, and develops talent for future roles.
• Represents the restaurant in guest interactions and resolves concerns promptly.
