Migueĺ's Jr. in Moreno Valley, CA is seeking a General Manager to lead both BOH and FOH operations, ensuring quality food, fast service, and guest satisfaction while upholding brand standards.

You will build and develop a high-performing leadership team, oversee financials, scheduling, and compliance, and partner with HR and Operations to drive performance and guest loyalty. This role requires at least 3 years in a supervisory role in QSR with strong leadership and English proficiency; bilingual

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory/management experience in QSR with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team motivation abilities.
• Proven ability to optimize operations, reduce waste, and improve guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Drives daily execution across BOH and FOH to ensure quality food, speed, and service.
• Oversees operations, adheres to systems, procedures, and standards.
• Manages sales, labor, food cost, and inventory to meet scorecard goals.
• Leads training and develops AGM and Supervisors; onboarding and ongoing development.
