Job summary

Miguel’s Jr. in Norco, CA is seeking a General Manager to lead both front and back of house with full P&L responsibility and to uphold the brand’s guest experience.

You will build and coach a high-performing team, drive daily operations to deliver quality food and fast service, ensure safety and compliance, and partner with area leadership to achieve budget and service goals. Qualifications

• 3+ years in a supervisory/management role within QSR with P&L responsibility.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate high-performing teams.
• Strong operational, financial, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drives daily execution across BOH and FOH to ensure quality, speed, and service.
• Oversees all restaurant operations and adherence to company standards.
• Manages financial performance to meet or exceed goals.
• Recruits, trains, and develops leadership talent; coach with accountability.
• Ensures guest satisfaction, safety, and compliance with regulations.
