Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 2–4 years related experience or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with IHOP employees and guests (external).
• Implement Craft Training program for all restaurant hourly employees.
• Execute annual financial, marketing, guest service, and HR objectives per SOPs.
• Manage restaurant floor and maintain guest interaction; address complaints promptly.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Recruit, train and retain staff; administer compensation plans; performance appraisals.
• Ensure food quality, proper temperature, and SOP adherence.
• Maintain supplies and inventory to par levels; manage ordering.
• Ensure equipment, facility, and safety standards are met.
• Develop and maintain a safety program and security practices.
• Implement marketing promotions and ensure proper POP usage.
• Complete reports, maintain personnel files, and adhere to policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
