IHOP 3012 El Paso is seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, coach a high-performing team, maximize guest satisfaction, and ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory standards. You will drive guest service excellence, scheduling, and staff development to deliver consistent dining experiences.

The role covers financial oversight, local marketing, inventory control, safety, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to speak and read English.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute annual financial, local restaurant marketing, guest service, and human resource objectives.
• Manage the restaurant floor and maintain regular guest contact.
• Address guest complaints professionally and timely.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Recruit, train, and retain employees; coach staff; document performance issues.
• Oversee food SOPs, recipes, plating, temperatures, and ticket times.
• Monitor supplies, inventory, ordering, and avoid stockouts.
• Oversee equipment and premises condition; ensure safety and sanitation.
• Implement marketing promotions and complete required reports.
