• Implement Craft Training program for all restaurant hourly employees.
• Execute annual financial, local marketing, guest service, and HR objectives.
• Manage restaurant floor with focus on guest contact and guest feedback.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Recruit, train, and retain employees; coach and administer compensation and appraisals.
• Ensure food safety and SOP compliance; monitor inventory and supplies.
• Maintain equipment, safety, security, and cleanliness.
• Lead national/local marketing promotions and store reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
