IHOP in Queen Creek, AZ is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, oversee guest service, training, and staff performance. The role focuses on maintaining SOPs, food safety, and financial outcomes while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

You will develop relationships with guests and team members, implement the Craft Training program, manage inventory, scheduling, and compliance with regulations, and drive marketing and local initiatives to grow the unit.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required with 2–4 years of related experience.
• Ability to speak and read English; interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Strong communication and leadership to manage staff and guest experience.
• Ability to manage inventory, food safety, and SOPs.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Implement training programs to improve operations and guest experience.
• Execute annual financial, marketing, guest service, and HR objectives.
• Supervise restaurant floor and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with regulations; recruit, train, and coach staff.
• Oversee food quality, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
• Prepare reports and oversee paperwork.
