Job summary

SONIC Drive-In in Fremont, NE seeks a General Manager to lead daily drive-in operations, train crew and management, and ensure top-tier guest experiences. Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management or equivalent leadership roles.
• Strong training and coaching abilities.
• Proven ability to manage staff, schedules and payroll records.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach crew, carhops and support staff.
• Direct daily drive-in operations to meet quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with employee handbook and policies.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties as needed.
• Prepare and adjust staff schedules for optimal coverage.
• Monitor inventory and place cost-conscious orders.
• Maintain employment records and payroll documentation.
• Foster a customer-service mindset across the team.
• Resolve guest requests and address complaints promptly.
• Interview and hire staff to ensure proper staffing levels.
• Prepare operational reports and develop action plans for sales trends.
• Develop and execute a marketing plan.
