Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Crew/Team members, Carhops, and Skating Carhops.
• Direct and assign staff to meet service standards.
• Prepare schedules and adjust staffing as needed.
• Monitor inventory and place orders within budget.
• Maintain payroll and employment records.
• Resolve guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Interview and hire staff to achieve proper staffing levels.
• Develop and implement action plans to address sales trends.
• Develop and implement a marketing plan.
