You will manage labor and food costs, oversee opening and closing procedures, and handle guest and staff issues with a focus on delivering a fast, friendly experience.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience managing a restaurant or similar operation.
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws at federal, state, and local levels.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise drive-in operations and staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, coach, and manage employees and assistant managers.
• Plan, forecast, and manage labor, food, and inventory for cost control.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company standards.
• Oversee opening/closing duties and daily reporting.
