Qualifications

• Minimum two years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher studies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and train crew, carhops and supervisors.
• Direct staffing and scheduling to meet service standards.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and labor laws.
• Oversee opening and closing duties and inventory control.
• Develop and implement plans to address sales trends and marketing initiatives.
• Prepare operational reports to monitor performance.
