Sonic Drive-In is seeking a General Manager to lead the drive-in's operations and staff, delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role requires directing recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management to maintain high standards.

As the top management position, you will oversee budgeting, local marketing, vendor relationships, and compliance with federal, state, and local laws, ensuring safe and efficient service across all shifts.

Qualifications

• At least three years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Experience running a restaurant shift without supervision.
• Experience recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and managing employees.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws.
• Knowledge of health and safety laws and regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and supervise managers and staff.
• Oversee guest experience and drive operational efficiency.
• Plan, forecast, and manage food, labor, and inventory costs.
