Qualifications

• Experience as a restaurant general manager or equivalent.
• Knowledge of drive-in operations and policies.
• Ability to lead, train, and coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Manages, trains, monitors and coaches Crew/Team members, Carhops and Skating Carhops
• Directs drive-in staff to meet operational standards
• Adheres to employee handbook and practices
• Performs opening and/or closing duties
• Prepares work schedules and adjust staffing
• Monitors inventory and places orders within cost controls
• Maintains payroll records and related documents
• Reinforces a customer service mindset and resolves guest requests
• Interview and hire staff to achieve staffing levels
• Prepare operational reports and develop action plans for financial/sales trends
• Develop and implement a marketing plan
