Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' management experience with responsibility for financial results.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift 10–50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Finding, hiring, and developing crew members and shift managers.
• Conducting new hire orientation and training plans for new hires.
• Scheduling and deploying the team.
• Addressing performance issues and managing budget/financial plans.
• Maintaining food quality and safety standards.
• Ensuring a clean, safe work environment.
• Communicating openly with management about operational issues.
• Building team morale and providing feedback on schedules and projections.
