Job summary

Team Lyders, a Taco Bell franchisee operating in Illinois, seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead one of our locations with a focus on customer satisfaction, profitability, and a motivated team.

You will recruit and train staff, manage labor, inventory, and food safety, coach leaders, and ensure brand standards while delivering an excellent guest experience. This hands-on role requires strong communication and a proactive leadership style.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED minimum.
• 2–4 years of leadership experience in the QSR or retail environment with P&L accountability.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication skills and proven team-building ability.
• Proficient in basic business math and computer literacy.
• Willingness to work a 50-hour workweek, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead with purpose and coach team to deliver customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff; develop a bench of managers and team members.
• Manage labor scheduling, inventory, and food supply while ensuring health and safety standards.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to maximize profits and brand standards.
• Resolve customer issues and elevate guest experience using insights.
