Job summary

Team Lyders Payroll Inc, a Taco Bell franchisee, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead one of our Illinois locations. You will drive customer satisfaction, profitability, and a high‑performing team by enforcing brand standards and coaching staff.

This hands-on role requires 50-hour weeks, strong leadership, P&L accountability, and the ability to recruit, train, and mentor managers and crew to deliver fast, friendly service.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of leadership experience in the QSR or retail environment with P&L accountability.
• Strong analytical, decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven track record in team building.
• Passion for delivering excellence in food quality, service, cleanliness, and operational speed.
• Willingness to work a 50-hour workweek, including evenings, weekends, and extended shifts as required.
