Job summary

Team Lyders, a Taco Bell franchisee, seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead one location within brand standards. You will drive customer satisfaction, profit maximization, and a vibrant, motivated team.

This hands-on leadership role involves coaching, scheduling, ensuring health and safety, and developing a bench of managers for growth while provisioning annual operating plans and overseeing brand execution.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in QSR or retail with P&L accountability.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
• Willingness to work a 50-hour week, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Build People Capability and lead with purpose.
• Recruit and train top talent to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Develop a robust bench of Managers and Team Members for growth.
• Provide clear direction, mentorship and performance feedback to all team members.
• Be a culture champion by exemplifying brand values and principles.
• Deliver a Consistent Customer Experience and ensure timely execution of initiatives.
• Oversee day-to-day operations including labor scheduling, inventory, and safety standards.
• Resolve customer issues and train team to exceed service expectations.
• Monitor sales and operational performance to achieve growth targets.
• Develop and execute restaurant-specific Annual Operating Plans.
