Job summary

honeygrow is a fast‑casual restaurant group seeking a Restaurant General Manager to drive daily operations, guest satisfaction and team performance at the New Jersey location. You will recruit, train, and mentor staff, ensuring adherence to hg standards and safety guidelines while maintaining a positive, high‑energy environment.

You will also oversee scheduling, payroll, and guest relations, lead weekly manager meetings, and uphold our culture of hospitality, quality, and efficiency to deliver

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Proven experience managing fast-casual or restaurant teams.
• Experience in scheduling, payroll and staff training.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations and uphold policies, standards and culture.
• Recruit, onboard and train staff; supervise cash handling and weekly payroll reports.
• Coach and develop Assistant General Manager and Service Managers; run weekly manager meetings.
