Job summary

Honeygrow is seeking a hands-on Restaurant General Manager to lead restaurant operations, develop the team, and uphold company standards. You will recruit, train, and coach staff, manage cash procedures, and ensure a high-quality guest experience with fast, friendly service.

The role requires strong leadership and the ability to meet scheduling needs. As a key contributor to our growth, you will drive adherence to policies, execute the hg Engine daily, and lead regular management meetings.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum three years of strong food prep and line experience.
• Minimum three years of management experience in fast casual or similar restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership to train, develop, coach and mentor others.
• Ability to meet scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations and enforce policies, procedures, standards, training, and culture.
• Recruit, onboard, and train restaurant staff at the General Manager level.
• Supervise cash handling and ensure accountability for cash practices.
• Coordinate weekly manager meetings and oversee maintenance and hygiene standards.
• Ensure top guest experience and hg engine execution on every shift.
