Job summary

Burger King in Aldine, Houston seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations for a 10-45 member team, drive guest satisfaction, sales and profitability, and oversee compliance across shifts.

You will supervise the restaurant management team, manage financial controls, people development, and guest service, and collaborate with the District Manager to ensure smooth operations and high standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 2 years of college preferred.
• Complete internal certification programs.
• 1-2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P-L interpretation to influence profitability.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and guest satisfaction.
• Lead restaurant management team and oversee financial controls, operations, and compliance.
• Work long or irregular shifts as needed for proper functioning.
• Directly manage Team Members, Shift Coordinators and Assistant Managers.
• Interact with restaurant staff, customers, and vendors.
