Job summary

Burger King Houston franchise is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations of a single restaurant with 10–45 team members, driving guest satisfaction, sales, profitability and staff development.

You will supervise the management team, ensure financial controls, and coordinate with a District Manager and vendors. The role requires long and irregular shifts and a commitment to compliant, high‑quality service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P-L interpretation and management to influence profitability.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff (10-45 employees) to meet guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Lead the restaurant management team and ensure financial controls, operations, people development, guest service and compliance.
• Work long and irregular shifts as needed for proper functioning of the restaurant.
• Coordinate with the District Manager and interact with customers, field operations team and outside vendors.
