Burger King in Houston, TX is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, staff, and guest satisfaction. You will oversee 10-45 employees, drive sales and profitability, and ensure high standards of service across all shifts.

As RGM you will manage financial controls, people development, and restaurant compliance, while maintaining a safe, efficient, and welcoming work environment for your team and guests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• Complete all internal certification programs
• 1-2 years of restaurant management experience
• Strong understanding of P&L interpretation and managing profitability
• Ability to prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• The RGM has overall responsibility for managing daily operations of a single restaurant (10-45 employees) ensuring guest satisfaction, and achieving restaurant outcomes (sales, profitability, retention).
• The RGM leads the restaurant management team and oversees financial controls, operations, people development, guest service, and compliance.
• The RGM may work long and/or irregular shifts as needed for proper restaurant functioning.
