Burger King is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Houston, TXto oversee daily operations of a single restaurant with 10-45 staff, ensuring guest satisfaction and profitability. The RGM leads the management team, monitors financials, operations, and personnel development across all shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• Complete all internal certification programs.
• 1-2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P-L interpretation and management to influence profitability.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Responsibilities

• The RGM has overall responsibility for managing daily operations of a single restaurant (10-45 employees) ensuring guest satisfaction and profitable outcomes.
• The RGM leads the restaurant management team and oversees financial controls, operations, people development, guest service and compliance.
• The RGM should be able to work long and irregular shifts, including extra shifts as needed.
• This position is overseen by a District Manager and directly manages Team Members, Shift Coordinators and Assistant Managers.
• This position interacts with restaurant team members, management, DM-s, customers, field operations, and outside vendors.
