• Develop and maintain professional relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Implement the Craft Training program for all restaurant hourly employees.
• Execute annual financial, local marketing, guest service and human resources objectives as defined by SOPs and plans.
• Manage the restaurant floor and maintain guest contact, addressing complaints professionally.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations for the unit.
• Recruit, train and retain staff; conduct coaching and appraisals; enforce policies on harassment, discrimination and diversity.
• Ensure food safety, SOP compliance, proper temps, and quality presentation.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies to avoid out-of-stock items.
• Maintain equipment, facilities and safety practices.
