Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum age 18 and eligible for background check.
• Able to communicate via text, phone, and email.
• Prior experience with a POS system is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and development opportunities for management and staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Recruit, train, and develop restaurant management and staff to meet goals.
• Schedule regular team and manager meetings and communicate policy changes.
• Ensure compliance with laws, timekeeping, and company policies;Maintain records.
