Ambrosia QSR is seeking a General Manager in Lebanon, OR to oversee all restaurant operations, guest service, and profitability. You will mentor staff, enforce safety and quality standards, and drive performance targets while maintaining open availability for peak times.

The role requires leadership, accountability, and the ability to manage labor, cost controls, and customer experience in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Serv Safe certificate or training is required.
• Experience with POS systems in a restaurant setting is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on management in food or retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop restaurant management and staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet goals on schedule.
• Schedule regular team and manager meetings; communicate changes effectively.
• Enforce policies and ensure compliance with laws and company standards.
• Lead during peak hours to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
