Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Serv Safe training and certificate are preferred.
• Experience using a POS system is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and development opportunities for the management team and staff.
• Recruit, train, and develop restaurant management and staff, following training plans and company systems to meet goals within the designated timeframe
• Schedule regular team and manager meetings to communicate effectively and inform staff of changes
• Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with laws and local regulations
• Report complaints or policy violations to the district manager and resolve issues promptly
• Foster a safe, inclusive work environment free of harassment, discrimination, or retaliation
