The GM will manage budgets, lead daily operations, maintain cleanliness and standards, hire and develop staff, and engage with the community to grow sales.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with hourly associates.
• Ability to cover all shifts during normal operation.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed budgets focusing on cost of goods sold and EBITDA.
• Manage daily paperwork to ensure profitability.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Order food and supplies daily for unit operation.
• Hire and discipline staff; develop successors.
• Hold monthly staff meetings and drive community presence.
• Ensure brand standards, policies, and payroll data accuracy.
• Train staff on POS, back-of-house, and front-of-house operations.
• Notify leadership of hurdles to success.
