Job summary

Bob Evans Restaurants is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead a team, and drive sales and profitability while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

You will recruit, train, and mentor staff, ensure policy compliance, manage labor and food costs, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced environment. A strong leadership background in family or casual dining is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Lead role experience required.
• Strong background in family/fast-food/casual dining leadership preferred.
• College and/or culinary schooling is a plus.
• Follows state alcohol service rules for manager roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and staff to execute company policies and systems.
• Provide leadership, direction, training and development to direct reports.
