Yoshinoya America, Inc. is seeking a restaurant supervisor to oversee daily operations, supervise crew, and ensure quality food and guest service. You will train staff, manage schedules, and monitor labor costs while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

The role requires effective communication with the District Manager and corporate office, with occasional travel to other stores. A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant setting and fluency in English are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years restaurant experience, preferably in QSR or Fast Casual.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to read and interpret safety policies and operating instructions; communicate effectively.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and supervise crew.
• Ensure food and beverage quality and safety standards are met.
• Train and coach staff; conduct performance reviews and address issues.
