Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participates daily in food preparation, cooking, plating, cashiering and guest relations while supervising and directing others.
• Trains staff and monitors shift activities with feedback.
• Manages inventory, places store orders and rotates stock using FIFO.
• Oversees labor costs and crew schedules based on business needs.
• Maintains cash handling procedures and enforces policies.
• Ensures food safety and cleanliness and equipment functioning.
