Yoshinoya America, Inc. is seeking a capable restaurant supervisor to manage daily operations at our California location. You will lead food prep, cooking, plating, and guest relations while guiding a team and ensuring quality according to Yoshinoya standards.

The role requires at least 2 years of restaurant experience, fluent English, and the ability to train staff, control labor costs, and maintain safety and cleanliness. Travel to district stores is possible; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years restaurant experience, preferably in QSR or Fast Casual.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to read safety policies and operating/maintenance instructions; communicate with customers.

Responsabilités

• Oversee entire location and supervise staff.
• Participate in daily food prep, cooking, plating, and cashiering.
• Train crew, conduct performance reviews, and manage labor costs.
• Order food and supplies; ensure FIFO rotation and inventory.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness; travel up to 50% to other stores.
