Charter Foods seeks a General Manager to lead a fast-paced restaurant, hire and train staff, and ensure exceptional customer hospitality. You’ll manage scheduling, performance, and budgets while building a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility, a proactive attitude, and strong math and accounting aptitude. 50-hour weeks and a focus on excellence are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Basic business math and accounting skills with analytical/decision-making ability.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and stoop for 80% of shift.
• Competitive spirit and a passion for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Hire, develop, and train employees; conduct orientation and training plans.
• Schedule and deploy the team; address performance issues.
• Assist in resolving customer issues and manage budgets and financial plans.
• Lead with strong communication and a positive attitude to drive hospitality.
