Charter Foods is seeking a General Manager to lead our restaurant team and set the tone for customer hospitality and operational excellence. You will drive hiring, training, scheduling, and team development to deliver great food and service every day.

Qualifications

• Must have 18+ years old.
• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills.
• Able to stand/walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and stoop during 80% of shift.
• Competitive spirit and passion for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations and build a strong, customer-focused team.
• Hire, onboard, and train staff; implement training plans for new hires.
• Schedule, deploy and manage team performance; address issues as they arise.
• Manage restaurant budget and financial plans; ensure profitability and cost control.
