Job summary

Charter Foods is seeking a General Manager to lead a fast-paced restaurant and develop a strong team dedicated to great food and hospitality. You will recruit, onboard, and train staff, set schedules, and drive daily operations to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires effective leadership, budget management, and a proactive, positive attitude to help the business grow and succeed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit & Loss responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills; strong analytical/decision-making.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and stoop for 80% of shift.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and lead a high-performing team.
• Hire, train, and develop employees; execute onboarding and training plans.
• Schedule staff and deploy the team; address performance issues.
• Manage restaurant budget and financial plans; monitor costs and profitability.
