Charter Foods is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a fast-paced operation. You will build a strong team, drive exceptional hospitality, and ensure daily execution of service standards.

You will hire and train staff, manage scheduling, address performance issues, and oversee budgeting and financial planning to achieve targets. A proactive, customer-focused leader is essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Basic computer literacy is required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Strong math and accounting skills with analytical/decision-making ability.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and stoop during 80% of shift time.
• Competitive spirit and passion for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and lead a high-performing team.
• Hire, onboard, and develop employees and execute training plans.
• Schedule staff and deploy the team effectively; manage performance issues.
• Assist in resolving customer issues and maintain quality service.
