Charter Foods is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead the operation of the entire restaurant and build a high-performing team delivering exceptional customer hospitality. You will hire, onboard, and train staff, schedule and deploy the team, address performance issues, and manage the restaurant budget and financial plans.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, exceptional communication, and a track record of people development, with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Track record of developing people and teams
• Wost of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Basic computer literacy and math/ accounting aptitude
• 180+ minutes per shift; requires reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Operate the full restaurant and build a strong team delivering great food and friendly hospitality
• Hire, onboard, and train staff; execute training plans
• Schedule and deploy team; manage performance issues
• Assist in resolving customer issues and manage budgets and financial plans
