Charter Foods is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a busy location with a focus on customer hospitality and team excellence. You will hire, train, schedule, and develop staff while ensuring exceptional food and service.

Responsibilities include managing P&L, controlling costs, resolving customer issues, and building a motivated team. A strong leader with proven people development skills and a passion for excellence will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and stoop for 80% of shift.
• Competitive spirit and passion for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Find, hire, and develop employees; conduct orientation and training.
• Schedule and deploy the team; address performance issues.
• Assist in resolving customer issues and manage the restaurant budget and financial plans.
