Charter Foods is seeking a General Manager to lead the restaurant team and drive guest satisfaction. You will hire, train, and develop staff, schedule and deploy teams, and manage daily operations and budgeting to achieve financial targets.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including P&L responsibility.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Basic computer literacy and arithmetic skills.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and lead a high-performing team.
• Hire, train, and develop employees; conduct new hire orientation and training.
• Schedule staff and deploy the team effectively; address performance issues.
• Manage the restaurant budget and financial plans; monitor costs and revenue.
• Provide outstanding customer hospitality and leadership to the staff.
